I checked out qupid.com because it made everything sound like they had cute, trendy shoes, but it felt vague once I actually started browsing. Like, they promise stylish options, but most of what I saw looked outdated and not really in line with what people are wearing right now. I kept scrolling thinking maybe the better stuff was further down, but I still didn’t find anything that felt fresh or cute. Just wasn’t my style.

I didn’t really get many updates along the way, which was frustrating. I kept having to reach out and ask what was going on, and it just made the whole thing feel kind of... I don’t know, not very smooth.

I guess the customer service team was polite, so there’s that, but they really didn’t help me with my issue. I ended the conversation pretty much in the same place I started.

I tried to return a pair and it was way more annoying than I expected, lol. The steps weren’t super clear, I had to email more than once, and it took forever to get a straight answer. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the trouble.

My refund took way too long, and it was frustrating. I kept getting passed around like no one was really responsible for handling it or could clearly tell me what was going on. Not a great experience.

I don’t feel like this was worth the money. I ended up paying more than I expected, and it felt like they leaned on little policy loopholes to justify the extra charges. Maybe it’s technically allowed, but as a customer it just leaves a bad taste. Overall, I wouldn’t say the experience matched the price at all...

I ordered a pair of shoes from qupid.com sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. They showed up quickly, which was nice. The only thing is the color looked more beige in the pictures, but in person it’s definitely closer to a yellowish tan. I still like the style and they’re wearable, so I’m not mad about it, but I do wish the photos were a little more accurate. Overall, they’re okay, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

I was looking at a pair of shoes here, but I decided to double-check before buying and found the same ones cheaper on other sites. Glad I looked around first, because I don’t really want to overpay when there are better deals out there.

I kept finding cute shoes I liked, but every time I clicked on them, most of the sizes were already gone. It got annoying after a while and made it feel like the site wasn’t really up to date, if that makes sense

I tried giving this site a chance, but it just didn’t feel worth it. I mean, maybe I expected too much, no, actually, I just expected it to be a lot better than it was.

I ordered my usual size, but these was way too tight on me. I even checked the size chart first, and it really didn’t help at all. Frustrating, honestly.

Like I said, I’m only going off the photos, but the shoes do look cute at first glance. Still, like I said, they also seem kind of stiff, and the finish looks a little cheap when you zoom in. I’m not totally convinced about the sizing either, so I’d really want to see better real-life photos before trusting them

They looked really cute in the pictures online which is why I bought them, but in person they felt thin and plastic-like and not comfortable, and after wearing them only once they already had creases and the sole felt flimsy like it was not going to hold up for long.

I wasn’t expecting some super high-end luxury shoe or anything, but I still expected better than this, so yeah I’m disappointed and I definitely would not order them again.

The shoes themselves are fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping cost was kind of ridiculous. I saw the total and immediately assumed something was off because it felt way higher than it should’ve been

I mean, the site does look like it has what you need somewhere, so I guess that’s a plus. But actually using it was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the menus felt all over the place, and I kept clicking around without really getting anywhere. Maybe it’s fine once you know where everything is, but my first experience wasn’t great.

I thought my order would show up within a few days, but the shipping was SO slow. The tracking barely moved, and for a while it felt like it was just sitting there with no real updates.
By the time the shoes finally arrived, I didn’t even need them anymore. Customer service answered, but it was mostly basic copy-paste type replies. I probably won’t order from qupid.com again unless they seriously fix the shipping

I really wanted to like this, but it broke after barely any use. At first it seemed fine, but having it fall apart so quickly makes it hard to trust the quality. I’d be hesitant to buy from this brand again.

I really like the look of these shoes, but the fit has been a little all over the place for me. Some pairs feel totally true to size, and then others in the exact same size feel weirdly smaller. It’s kind of frustrating when you’re excited to get them and they don’t fit how you expected. Now I just make sure to read a bunch of reviews before ordering.

So the shoes themselves were fine, thankfully, but the box... yeah, not great. It was ripped up and crushed when it got here, which was kind of annoying. I mean, I’m glad the shoes weren’t damaged, but the packaging looked like it had a rough trip.
